Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website (www.meandmytherapy.co.uk)

Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms and conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service.

By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. By not agreeing with any or all of these terms and conditions, you would not be able to purchase any products available or sign up to our mailing list. 

Important Information; Covid-19

All resources and contents of the boxes are stored and packaged safely in a covid-secure environment. Once packed, boxes will be quarantined for 72 hours before postage. Please note, we may experience a delay in postage and shipping depending on delivery service levels both local and nationally. You will receive a follow up email once your item has been shipped with an expected delivery date, please appreciate this date is an estimate and it could take longer to arrive. 

1. Purchases

1.1. If you wish to purchase any product or service made available, you may be asked to supply certain personal information relevant to your purchase.

1.2. When purchasing a product from our website, you enter a service agreement contract with us. Please see below clause 2 for further details.

2. Service Agreement Contract

2.1  Once you have placed an order on our website for a product or a subscription plan, you will receive an email acknowledging we have received your order. At this point you enter into a service agreement contract between us (Me and My Therapy CIC) and you (Consumer).

2.2 You as a consumer are entitled to a cooling off period of 14 days following the arrival of your order. Please see our refund and return policy for further information. 

2.3 Cancellation of service agreement contract. As stated in our Refund and Return Policy, we do not accept returns. After entering a subscription plan, you have 14 days following the arrival of your first box, to apply to cancel your plan and receive a refund. 

3 Links to Third Party Websites, Professionals and Organisations

3.1 Any links and suggestions made to external organisations and third party websites are a suggestion only. Any opinion or advice suggestions is that of the organisation who own the website and not Me and My Therapy CIC.

3.2  We may invite external professionals to post a blog on our website or contribute to the contents of ours boxes. Any opinions shared by such professionals are their own and do not represent those of Me and My Therapy Ltd. We reserve the right to edit, remove or approve information, opinions and posts shared by individuals on our website or social media page but hold no legal responsibility for their content. 

4 Changes

4.1  We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is required, we will update accordingly. What constitutes a revision will be determined at our sole discretion.

4.2 We reserve the right to change prices, contents of box and resources provided on our website at any point and without notice.
