The activities provided have been deemed appropriate for all children and young people and instructions provided ensure that any parent/carer/trusted adult completing an activity with a child or young person (or young person completing activity alone) has access to the theory behind activities, the expected outcomes and possible conversations this may raise. Customers also have access to our “frequently asked questions” and “Ask a question” page for any queries, issues or concerns that arise after completing these activities. 

The emotional wellbeing of a child or young person completing these activities remains the responsibility of those with parental responsibility or a direct “duty of care” towards to child (if a professional working through activities with child). Me and My Therapy CIC take no liability for the child or young person’s wellbeing and our duty of care ends with the information and resources we provide. 

Me and My Therapy CIC do not take responsibility for any adverse behaviours or reactions that may occur as a result of the therapeutically minded activities offered.
